Roles and Responsibilities
To ensure everything runs smoothly and consistently, various types of users have specific roles within the system. Each role comes with its own set of responsibilities, which are regularly adjusted to meet the system’s needs and requirements.
Asset Owners
These users occupy the top layer of the system and are responsible for managing and sharing their asset details with real-world users. They also oversee strategic planning and managerial activities to ensure their assets are efficiently utilized.
Managers/ Administrators
The middle layer users act as a bridge between owners and real-world users. Their primary task is to create a workflow plan that streamlines the entire process, starting from asset registration to its full utilization. To enhance security and ensure authentication, the administration has designated managers, coordinators, and subordinates at their respective levels.
Real World Users
The system’s key front-end view is accessible to real-world users. To use the applications, users need to be authenticated and possess valid credentials.
